TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
This is how we aim to provide the best yoga experience available anywhere. In an effort to ensure that no misunderstandings arise, we ask that you please read through this.
Please be on time for class. Each class begins with an introduction and centering that prepares you for what follows.
Any and all tuition, registration, class and membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you have any physical or medical conditions, or if you are not in overall good health, you agree to consult your physician before starting any new yoga or exercise program and also inform your instructor before the start of class.
I hereby agree to the following: That I am choosing to participate in the yoga classes or workshops or other services offered by Deafhood Yoga during which I will receive information, instruction and an opportunity to practice. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand that I take full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. The informing of my physical conditions is simply to enable the instructor to provide optimal instruction, and in no way absolves me of this responsibility. Therefore, I, my heirs or legal representatives, waive any claim I may have against Deafhood Yoga or any teacher(s) or representative(s) of same.
ONE SCREEN PER MAT POLICY
One screen per mat policy. We wholeheartedly support couples attending yoga classes together. By having a student per screen, it allows the screen space for the yoga teacher to be able to fully see the student. This allows the yoga teacher to be able to offer feedback, modifications, and safety techniques. The length of the student's yoga mat is encouraged to face the yoga teacher’s online screen.
