Deafhood Yoga: Policy

New Yoga Students

All new yoga students with Deafhood Yoga® are encouraged to book your “Free Class” first before booking packages and video sessions to experience an energy breakthrough!

Returning Yoga Students

Must review the Student Guide and policy for updates.

Class Packages Payments:

Pre-payment is required online through your account with Deafhood Yoga® by credit card. Arrangements can be made to pay with cash or by check.

Payment plans available upon request with typed permission and authorization to process your credit card for the payment plan timeframe.

If paying online assistance is needed, email and I will process the payment with your typed permission and authorization.

If the time slot you’ve chose doesn’t fill with the number of clients needed to run the group. You will be offered that time slot at the 1-1 pricing.

Refunds, Transfers and Cancellations:

All class packages have an expiration date and are non-refundable, extendable or transferable from one student to another.

Class packages can only be used for regular scheduled yoga classes.

Class packages will not be extended to accommodate business travel or vacation dates.

Deafhood Yoga® reserves the right to change the date of a class when necessary. Communication will be sent via email.

Missed Classes

Students are allowed to make up one missed class per month of the package timeframe, during the scheduled “Make Up Day”. After this time, no additional make-up days are offered.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be bought for specific packages or a specific dollar amount towards packages, workshops or retreats.
